VIDEO UPLOAD POLICY:

When submitting videos for upload to GYM-EDU remember to include your user name in the video description field so that GYM-EDU knows who is uploading the video. Videos that do not include user name and video description (in the video description field) will not be posted to GYM-EDU's website. GYM-EDU reviews all submissions before posting and reserves the right to make the final posting decision. Material that does not meet with GYM-EDU's specifications will not be posted to the website.

Videos may be uploaded:

1. By “Due-Paying” members.
2. Active Forum users, with at least a 3-star rating.
3. Video cannot be more than 300 MB and must be in good-quality and any format.
4. No uploading of television programs, competitions, events or other video material is allowed, unless you possess complete ownership rights and are legally allowed to distribute the video material.

All videos uploaded to GYM-EDU are the intellectual property and proprietary information of GYM-EDU. By uploading video You agree to give GYM-EDU complete ownership rights to distribute, share, alter and add to videos as they deem fit.Your right to use, copy and to retain a copy of GYM-EDU Specifications is contingent on Your full compliance with this Agreement. If You violate all or part of this Agreement, Your access to GYM-EDU may be suspended or terminated without notice. If You decide to terminate Your agreement to all or part of this Agreement, You shall immediately cease all use of GYM-EDU.

GYM-EDU may suspend or terminate Your access for any or no reason at any time and will bear no liability for such decision. You are solely responsible at all times to backup Your data and to be prepared to manage Your account(s) without access to GYM-EDU. GYM-EDU DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS, THAT THE GYM-EDU WILL BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION. You acknowledge that GYM-EDU may monitor GYM-EDU activity for the purpose of ensuring quality, improving GYM-EDU products and services, and compliance with these terms. You shall not interfere with such monitoring or otherwise obscure from GYM-EDU Your activity. GYM-EDU may use any technical means to overcome such interference. However, GYM-EDU is not responsible for monitoring or policing any dispute related to Your use of any GYM-EDU services that may arise between You and any account owner or other Third Party. GYM-EDU may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and in its sole discretion by posting a change notice to Your account, changing these terms and conditions, emailing to the email address of Your account or account associated with Your Developer Credentials or otherwise notifying You.

IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF GYM-EDU, CONTINUED POSSESSION OF A COPY OF NON-PUBLIC SPECIFICATIONS OR CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT FOLLOWING POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

In exchange for Your access to and use of the GYM-EDU video upload and sharing service, You agree to be bound by these GYM-EDU Terms of Service (this "Agreement").
